What this site handles
- No patient information is requested. California PDHC Starter is a planning resource for founders, operators, advisors, and acquisition teams. It is not a clinical record and has no field intended for information about a child or patient.
- The readiness check uses fixed choices only. It does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or free-text answers.
- In-progress readiness answers stay in your browser. The readiness interface uses browser local storage so you can continue the questionnaire on the same device and browser.
- Submitting the readiness check sends the fixed-choice answers to this site to calculate the immediate result. The application validates the current questionnaire, calculates the score, and returns the result page. That flow does not create an account, save a readiness session to Harbor, or transmit your answers to Harbor.
- Technical request data. Our hosting and security infrastructure may process standard request metadata such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, and timestamps for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
- No third-party analytics on the readiness route. The readiness questionnaire and result are designed without third-party analytics so questionnaire answers and scores are not sent to an advertising or analytics provider by that page.
